After taking remedies
You may notice a slight worsening of symptoms. This is usually a good indication that improvement will soon follow. Keep note of any changes that occur, physical, mental or emotional, and any dream themes during this time. This will help at the next appointment. At some stage in the weeks following the remedy you may notice other symptoms that you may or may not have experienced previously. These symptoms are often an important part of the healing process. Please contact me if you are concerned about the intensity or persistence or any such reactions.
